Both stream from Whittier, CA (central Los Angeles County). The feed is simulcast using one remote controlled radio, so coverage is identical. We provide both streaming formats for listener convenience, although Teamspeak allows for real-time chatting in the channel. We gleen so much more from one another compared to just listening. Thank you also for noting that we provide these feeds for free and that bandwidth cost me money :) If there is a major Southern California fire you are almost guaranteed to hear directly from the fire lines using either format. Even the recent Butler II fire that threatened Fawnskin was streamed from Fawnskin. Thanks for mentioning us!
